Ok, so Wednesday I had my first, ABC Beginner Tennis lesson. I made one very stark discovery, no, I am NOT a natural talent at tennis! We all had fun and cracked up a lot at how BAD we were! Yes… several balls were hit high over the fence into oncoming traffic… several narrowly missed other innocent players on the courts next to us… and many were missed entirely in our desperate swings. I plan to forge on tenaciously, nonetheless, if talent isn’t going to do it, then hard work will have to!

The terrible torturous three are finally gone! So kindly given away after a bit of begging and griping on my part…. ah, sweet bliss at last!

not 2, but, yes folks, THREE roosters are the problem. Three in their own separate cages. Crowing their little lungs out! My only consolation is that with it only being roosters, fried chicken must be on the menu! I hope it’s sooner than later!!! Aggcckkk!

I’ve been fighting back murderous thoughts for the last few days now…

Apparently my neighbors have obtained a rooster.

Apparently it lives far closer to me than to them… convenient isn’t it?

Yes, a rooster with an unlimited lung capacity and apparently no need for rest or sleep.

This daggum thing apparently can maintain it’s high level of function (if that’s what you could call it, I can’t think of anything nicer) with only a few hours of rest a night because it crows from Early in the morning (I’m talking 3 am) to Late at night (heard it at 1 am) and every hour inbetween!

It’s like the best form of torture going… better than Chinese water torture by FAR!!!

Aghh… and you know he’s been crowing the whole time I’ve been writing this….

Torture.
