In other news…. I’m going on the cruise in September!!! It’s going to be a blast! Anything with Penny should be great, throw in the Allens, Jones, etc… and you can hardly go wrong :D.

So i’ve been holding out on buying a new bike. I was trying to decide how good of a one I really wanted to get. Was this just a phase, or a bike extravaganza for real? Good I waited… I haven’t biked in almost two weeks right now. Thing is it seems to be more of a “with friends” sport, not a solo endeavor. Besides, I havn’t been home lately… where my bike is currently residing.

All in all, it’s going to be hard to go back home again

In regards to my newly-discovered fondness for mountain biking: It rocks! My bike doesn’t. I went around to a couple of different stores the other day to scope out the bikes… nothing grabbed me, well…. at least for the price I wanted to spend.

In regards to the new “hobby” I have taken up… scrapbooking. Granted, it is dorky, not really what I would consider a “hobby”, but more of a necessary life-documentary task. I can’t help it, I’m sentimental that way.

In regards to the recent Tunica Hill Great Outdoor Adventure… ok, sorry if I get a little “gung ho” when I get in the “great outdoors”. I like to push myself… and rarely get the chance. Forgive me if I was totally obnoxious. You know, something you like shouldn’t make you act obnoxious to others… Hmm.

In regards to the definite self-diagnosis of my poison ivy rash Sunday afternoon… yep, I’m Highly allergic. Go ahead a laugh… ’cause I’m not. :D. I mean, really, how did I get poision ivy on my chin? My knee… I understand. The bottom of my foot… odd… but believable. My chin? It’s a curse.
